SpaceX is targeting 6:33 a.m. ET Tuesday, Oct. 13, for a Falcon 9 launch from Cape Canaveral Space Force Station carrying the Dragon spacecraft on its 35th Commercial Resupply Services mission to the International Space Station.
The mission, known as CRS-35, is scheduled to lift off from Space Launch Complex 40. If needed, a backup opportunity is available at 6:08 a.m. ET Wednesday, Oct. 14.
Dragon is expected to make an approximately 52-hour journey before autonomously docking with the orbiting laboratory at about 11 a.m. ET Thursday, Oct. 15, according to Space Coast Daily.
The Dragon assigned to CRS-35 will be making its fourth flight after earlier missions CRS-26, CRS-29 and CRS-33. The mission's Falcon 9 first-stage booster is set for its eighth flight and, after stage separation, is planned to land at Landing Zone 40 at Cape Canaveral Space Force Station.
