Royal Caribbean rerouted the Oct. 18 Oasis of the Seas cruise from Cape Liberty because of developing Atlantic weather. The sailing will no longer call at Port Canaveral, CocoCay or Nassau and instead will make an evening-to-morning stop in Halifax while retaining its scheduled Oct. 25 return.
