Should Disney World require guests to be near a resort restaurant before they can place a mobile order?

Disney Food Blog reported that Disney World tested a proximity requirement at four resort quick-service locations during the Fourth of July period. Guests could complete mobile orders once they were physically closer to the restaurant, while mobile ordering remained normal elsewhere.
