NASA’s SpaceX Crew-13 astronauts have arrived at Kennedy Space Center as they prepare for a planned launch to the International Space Station next week.
The mission is scheduled to lift off at 11:10 a.m. Thursday from Space Launch Complex 40 at Cape Canaveral Space Force Station, according to ClickOrlando.
NASA astronaut Jessica Watkins is assigned as spacecraft commander, with NASA astronaut Luke Delaney serving as pilot. Canadian Space Agency astronaut Joshua Kutryk and Roscosmos cosmonaut Sergey Teteryatnikov are set to fly as mission specialists.
Once at the space station, the crew is expected to conduct scientific investigations and examine technologies that could support future exploration missions to the Moon and Mars.
