Both items are available at Gideon's two locations — Disney Springs and East Side — giving guests a couple of options for tracking down the seasonal treats before they disappear.
The Lemon Poppyseed Cookie fits the bakery's signature style of oversized, carefully crafted cookies, while the Kris Kringle Bites bring a little Christmas-in-July festivity to the summer heat.
