Wolfgang Puck's long run at Disney Springs is coming to an end. Wolfgang Puck Bar & Grill will permanently close on September 14, 2026, marking the first time in 29 years that Disney's dining and shopping district will have no Wolfgang Puck restaurant at all.
Puck's relationship with the property stretches back to 1997, when he helped launch what was then called Downtown Disney with two restaurants simultaneously — a quick-service spot and a full table-service dining room. The quick-service location closed in 2020 and was later replaced by a different concept, while the original table-service restaurant gave way to Jaleo by José Andrés in 2017. Puck bounced back with Wolfgang Puck Bar & Grill in 2018, a new location within Disney Springs that carried on his California-meets-Mediterranean culinary style with dishes like pizza, pasta, salmon, meatloaf, and chicken schnitzel.
For guests who want one last visit, the restaurant's final operating day is September 13. That day it will offer brunch from 10:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m., followed by dinner service from 3:05 p.m. to 10:00 p.m. Disney has not announced a replacement concept for the space, nor any other future Puck presence at Disney Springs.
The closure lands during a particularly busy stretch of change for Disney Springs dining. Specialty churro kiosk Sunshine Churros also shuttered recently, while newer additions like Level99 — a two-story entertainment venue with a bar — and Six Ravens, a hand-pie concept from the team behind Gideon's Bakehouse, have recently opened their doors.
