Wine Bar George at Disney Springs is rolling out a brand-new signature event series called Uncorked, timed to coincide with the 2026 EPCOT International Food & Wine Festival, which runs August 27 through November 21. The series brings together six Saturday afternoon experiences built around chef demonstrations, wine education, and food pairings — all hosted by the Disney Springs wine-focused restaurant.

Tickets range widely in price depending on the event. The most approachable option is the September 19 Craft Cocktails session at $75, while the September 12 Sliders & Somms pairing class runs $85. Mid-tier events include a Riesling master class focused on Germany's Mosel region ($180) and an intimate truffles-and-handmade-pasta afternoon led by Chefs Will Davison and Ron Rupert ($150). For serious collectors, Master Sommelier George Miliotes leads a five-decade vertical tasting of Dunn Howell Mountain Cabernets on October 3 for $325.

The series closes November 14 with a rare Domaine de la Romanée-Conti experience priced at $1,850, limited to just 11 guests. The lineup includes three red Burgundies — La Tâche, Richebourg, and Romanée-St-Vivant — plus a Corton-Charlemagne white, all from the 2022 vintage, poured in two-ounce measures and discussed in depth by Miliotes and Advanced Sommelier Zach Biro.

Separately, Wine Bar George's ongoing "Learn to Taste Wine Like a Master Sommelier" experience will also continue throughout the festival season. The restaurant recently earned recognition from The World of Fine Wine, which named it Best Short Wine List for 2026 in North America and nominated it for the global award in that category.

Tickets for all Uncorked events are available now through the official Wine Bar George website, as reported by Disney Tourist Blog.
