The rollout appears to be gradual. An earlier QR code easel was first noticed at Old Key West on September 12, suggesting Disney is testing and expanding the system across multiple properties rather than switching everything over at once.
Traditionally, these schedules have been printed and posted on signage around each resort. The activities themselves — think lawn games, campfire nights, craft classes, tie-dye sessions, sing-alongs, trivia, and movies under the stars — aren't changing. Some are complimentary, while others carry an additional fee and require a reservation in advance.
