Walt Disney World Golf has quietly launched something that's actually a first for on-property resort retail: a remote ordering service that lets guests shop its pro shop merchandise without setting foot on a fairway. Announced on August 3, 2026, the service centers on a 20-page digital catalog packed with photos, descriptions, and prices for a wide range of golf-themed goods.

The ordering process is a bit more old-school than a typical e-commerce experience. Shoppers browse the catalog online, then fill out a Merchandise Inquiry Form at the bottom of the merchandise page. From there, a member of the Merchandise Operations team reaches out to complete the purchase. There's no instant checkout, no shopping cart — just a straightforward request form and a little patience.

The catalog itself covers a solid spread of Disney-branded golf gear: character towels and pin flags, Adidas, Titleist, Pukka, and Branded Bills headwear, custom Mickey Mouse belts, Titleist golf bags, character-inspired forged wedges, FootJoy gloves with character ball markers, and golf balls, divot tools, keychains, and gift tins. WDW Golf gift cards are also available — those, unlike the merchandise, go through a standard checkout page and can be used for rounds, shop purchases, and lessons.

A few things to keep in mind before you submit that form: orders require a minimum purchase of $50, no discounts apply, and shipping is currently limited to residential addresses in the contiguous 48 states. The service is operated under Arnold Palmer Golf Management rather than Disney's standard merchandise arm, which likely explains why the system runs differently from anything else on property.
