Walt Disney World has shared a fuller picture of the merchandise collection it's preparing for the resort's 55th anniversary, arriving October 1, 2026. Fans got an earlier preview that included a hoodie, t-shirt, and ear headband — and the new images flesh out the collection with a backpack and a Mickey Mouse plush added to the mix.
The Mickey plush features the iconic character dressed in a turn-of-the-century patriotic outfit and holding a flag emblazoned with "55." The backpack takes a different but equally celebratory approach: a blue design covered in an all-over pattern of Walt Disney World iconography.
Shoppers will find the anniversary collection at the Emporium on Main Street, U.S.A., the Creations Shop in EPCOT, and other select locations around the resort. Anniversary-themed gift card designs are already available at the parks ahead of the official milestone date.
Beyond apparel and accessories, the celebration will also include a special edition Cinderella doll and a set of limited-release pins, giving collectors a few additional items to chase as October approaches. If you're planning a trip around the anniversary, it's worth budgeting some time — and wallet space — for the merchandise locations early in your visit.
