Visit Orlando's Magical Dining is celebrating its 21st year with a record-breaking 188 participating restaurants — 38 of them brand new to the program — and a headline-grabbing first: a Michelin-starred restaurant joining the prix-fixe fun. Ômo by Jônt in Winter Park, which earned the Orlando Sentinel Foodie Awards' Best New Restaurant nod in 2025 and carries one of chef Ryan Ratino's five Michelin stars, will offer a three-course menu in its salon-style dining room for $60, a dramatic step down from its usual $195–$375 counter experience.
The event runs August 14 through September 30, with menus priced at either $40 or $60 per person. Beyond Ômo, 15 other Florida Michelin Guide–recognized restaurants are on the roster, including 1921 in Mount Dora, Otto's High Dive in Orlando's Milk District, and Primo by Melissa Kelly at the JW Marriott Orlando, Grande Lakes. For guests who want dinner plus a show, Lizzy's Live on Sand Lake Road and Jazz Tastings in Maitland both pair their prix-fixe menus with live entertainment — Lizzy's $40 menu features dishes like miso-glazed salmon and chili-chocolate braised short ribs.
One of the splashier newcomers is Bar Helios at the Universal Helios Grand Hotel, a Loews property. The rooftop circular bar and open-air terrace offer views of Epic Universe's nightly Universal Celestial Goodnight light, laser, and fireworks show — no park admission required. Visit Orlando president and CEO Casandra Matej suggests aiming for an 8 p.m. reservation to time things just right before the 9 p.m. show.
The charitable component remains central to the program's identity. One dollar from every $40 menu and $2 from every $60 menu benefit this year's designated nonprofit: OCA (Opportunity, Community, Ability), a Central Florida organization supporting individuals with autism and developmental differences and their families.
