Vacation Fun – An Original Animated Short with Mickey & Minnie remained closed at Disney’s Hollywood Studios on Sept. 27, its planned reopening date following a six-week shutdown.
Disney had listed showtimes for the Mickey Shorts Theater beginning Sept. 27 after the venue was used for distribution of a Kermit the Frog Annual Passholder magnet from Aug. 11 through Sept. 24. But WDW News Today reported that a sign outside the theater instead read, “Vacation Fun. Sorry no shows today.”
The theater’s exit doors were also closed, including the area with photo opportunities inspired by the short, such as Potatoland.
