Universal Orlando Resort has moved its Annual Passholder and team member clearance shop out of the Brown Derby Hat Shop and into Custom Gear, the former Fast & Furious: Supercharged gift shop located in the San Francisco section of Universal Studios Florida. A sign at the Brown Derby directs guests to the new location.
The upgrade in space is noticeable — the new spot is considerably larger than its predecessor, allowing far more merchandise to be displayed at once. Shoppers will find everything marked at 70% off, with individual price tags ranging from 99 cents up to $99.99.
The selection is surprisingly eclectic. One room is dedicated to merchandise from Super Nintendo World at Epic Universe, and there are also generic Epic Universe items, Universal Monsters plush, and leftover Fast & Furious: Supercharged merchandise that remained after the ride closed. Collectors may want to look for items tied to Alfred Hitchcock's The Birds, Felix the Cat, Wicked, and Harry Potter — including pieces from Epic Universe.
Team members told visitors that new shipments arrive every morning, so the inventory turns over regularly. The shop has previously bounced around — it spent time at a Tribute Store location in 2025 before this latest, more permanent-feeling move to Custom Gear.
