Universal Orlando Resort has announced the 2027 dates for Universal Mardi Gras: International Flavors of Carnaval. The seasonal celebration is scheduled to return to Universal Studios Florida from Feb. 6 through March 27, 2027.
The event will add a Mardi Gras parade to the park’s regular lineup, with floats, performers and bead tossing part of the festivities. Universal also confirmed that live music will be included.
Food inspired by cuisines and Carnaval celebrations from around the world will again be available for purchase. Universal has not yet released the 2027 food menu or the full entertainment schedule.
