UCF football will carry a new Central Florida brand onto the field this season: the Walt Disney World logo.
The University of Central Florida announced Sept. 25 that the logo will appear on the rear bumper of Knights helmets in every game through the end of the 2026 season. It is set to debut when UCF faces TCU at 3:30 p.m. Sept. 26 in the team’s Big 12 opener at Acrisure Bounce House.
Disney World is about 30 miles from UCF’s campus. UCF Vice President and Director of Athletics Terry Mohajir said in a news release that the relationship brings together two organizations with roots in Central Florida and national reach.
“Walt Disney World is part of the fabric of Central Florida, and we are incredibly proud to feature its logo on our football helmets,” Mohajir said.

The agreement adds to a busy stretch of sponsorship activity for UCF. Before the season began, the school reached a deal with Westgate Resorts, whose logo is displayed at midfield at Acrisure Bounce House. UCF teams also wear Monster patches under the beverage company’s multiyear agreement with the Big 12 Conference, which includes all 16 member schools’ football and men’s and women’s basketball uniforms.
Disney World Vice President of Marketing Strategy Sivonne Davis said the company was proud to expand its longstanding relationship with UCF and celebrate the spirit of Central Florida.
