The Turf Club Bar & Grill at Disney’s Saratoga Springs Resort & Spa is scheduled to reopen September 30 following a refurbishment that began in late August. Disney describes the restaurant’s updated concept as drawing on turn-of-the-century Upstate New York and racing culture.

The full menu leans into familiar American dishes and shareable starters. Appetizers include crispy chicken wings, French onion soup, lemon butter shrimp, golden-fried calamari and plant-based sweet-and-spicy Brussels sprouts. A wedge salad uses a marigold garnish from EPCOT’s Land Pavilion.

Entrées will include slow-roasted prime rib, smoked salmon-wrapped halibut, braised pork shank, a char-grilled butcher’s steak, fried chicken and waffle, and pappardelle shrimp pasta. Plant-based diners will have a spinach and mushroom linguini with basil-tofu ricotta, while the Turf Club Burger comes with bacon, New York white cheddar and seasoned waffle fries.

Dessert choices include chocolate-hazelnut cake, vanilla bean cheesecake, salted caramel pot de crème and a plant-based apple tart. The beverage lineup includes cocktails such as the Saratoga Cocktail, Winner’s Circle Margarita and Mint Julep, along with wine, beer, hard seltzer, nonalcoholic drinks and Joffrey’s coffee.
