The Walt Disney World Swan & Dolphin Resorts have unveiled the full menus for their 2026 Food & Wine Classic, set for Friday, November 20 and Saturday, November 21, 2026 from 5 to 9 p.m. each evening. Now in its 17th year, the outdoor street-party event is held along the scenic causeway at Crescent Lake and draws from the culinary talent of the resort's 23 restaurants and lounges.
This year's lineup features more than 50 unique dishes and over 170 beverage selections, with different items spotlighted on each night. Highlights include an Oyster Espuma with Gruyère panna cotta and champagne sphere from Todd English's bluezoo (served both nights), a Slow Braised Wagyu Beef Short Rib with celery root espuma from Bourbon Steak by Michael Mina (both nights), Blackened Cedar Plank Grouper from the For the Love of Florida station (both nights), and Tacos de Cochinita Pibil from Rosa Mexicano (both nights). Friday-only offerings include a house-made Lasagna from Il Mulino and Slow Cooked Berkshire Pork Belly from Smokin D's, while Saturday adds a Watermelon Feta Salad from Amare. Celebrity chefs Todd English and Michael Mina are scheduled to appear in person.
Returning themed areas — the Beer Garden, For the Love of Florida, Chinatown, and the Bubble Lounge — each blend their own music, décor, food, and drink into distinct mini-environments within the larger festival footprint. Guests will also find unlimited wine, beer, and bubbly pours alongside the food stations. Because the event is a short walk or boat ride from EPCOT's World Showcase, November 21 also marks the final day of the 2026 EPCOT International Food & Wine Festival, making it possible to combine both in a single evening.
Individual tickets are priced at $215 per night. Guests attending both evenings can save 10 percent with a two-night bundle. The complete 2026 menu is posted on the Swan & Dolphin website. Given that EPCOT's own Party for the Senses — a comparable upcharge dining event last held in 2019 — started at $229 per ticket that year, the Swan & Dolphin pricing represents a relatively accessible entry point for a festival of this scale.
