While EPCOT's International Food & Wine Festival gets the lion's share of attention each fall, a neighboring event is quietly serving up some of the most ambitious menus on Disney World property. The Walt Disney World Swan and Dolphin Food & Wine Classic is back for its 17th year, running Friday, November 20, and Saturday, November 21, 2026, from 5 to 9 p.m. each night. Admission covers unlimited food and beverage tastings — no individual dish pricing, no tokens required.
The numbers alone make a case for the evening: more than 50 dishes and over 170 beverage selections spread across themed areas and the Swan and Dolphin's collection of 23 restaurants and lounges. Participating spots include Bourbon Steak by Michael Mina, Todd English's bluezoo, Rosa Mexicano, Il Mulino, Kimonos, and The Fountain, among others. Celebrity chefs Todd English and Michael Mina will both take part in featured chef experiences, and live music runs throughout both nights.
The newly revealed menu spans a wide range of cuisines and styles. Bourbon Steak is bringing a Slow Braised Wagyu Beef Short Rib with celery root espuma and shallot marmalade, while bluezoo's Oyster Espuma pairs Gruyère panna cotta with a champagne sphere and tobiko caviar. For the Love of Florida is serving Blackened Cedar Plank Grouper with coconut rice and chili-mango-pineapple pico de gallo — a dish that leans squarely into local flavors. Other highlights include Rosa Mexicano's Tacos de Cochinita Pibil, Il Mulino's house-made Lasagna, and a Mini Smash Burger from The Fountain using American Wagyu beef on a cheddar-jalapeño slider roll.
Returning favorites round out the lineup, including Chinatown's plant-based Shu Mein with Shanghai noodles and braised tofu, and Rosa Mexicano's Chips and Salsa Bar with a full spread of house-made salsas. Dedicated themed areas are also back: the Beer Garden covers brews and bites across both nights, while the Bubble Lounge gives champagne fans their own corner of the event. Chinatown and For the Love of Florida return as well, each with their own food, drinks, and décor.
The Swan and Dolphin's location on Crescent Lake puts it within easy walking distance — or a short boat ride — from EPCOT's World Showcase, making it a natural complement to a full park day during the EPCOT festival season. Inside the Magic first reported the full menu reveal.
