Mark your calendars: the Walt Disney World Swan and Dolphin Food & Wine Classic is back for its 17th year, running from 5 to 9 p.m. on November 20 and 21, 2026. The outdoor street-party event takes place along the causeway at the Swan and Dolphin — right in the heart of Walt Disney World Resort — and offers guests unlimited food and beverage tastings throughout the evening.
This year's menu leans into the hotel's impressive restaurant lineup. Dishes from Bourbon Steak by Celebrity Chef Michael Mina make their debut at the festival, joining returning favorites from Todd English's bluezoo, Il Mulino, Amare, and Rosa Mexicano. Standout bites include a Blackened Cedar Plank Grouper with coconut rice and chili-mango-pineapple pico de gallo, Slow Braised Wagyu Beef Short Rib with celery root espuma, and Tacos de Cochinita Pibil on fresh corn tortillas — available both nights. A few dishes, like the Slow Cooked Berkshire Pork Belly and a house-made Lasagna, are Friday-only offerings.
Beyond the food, the event features more than 170 beverage selections. Wine lovers can sample pours from around the world, including champagne flights in the Bubble Lounge, while beer enthusiasts can head to the Beer Garden for brews and brats. Returning themed areas also include For the Love of Florida and Chinatown, and live entertainment rounds out the street-party atmosphere.
Tickets are priced at $234.90 per night, and guests who purchase tickets for both evenings receive a 10 percent discount on the bundle. The full 2026 menu is posted at swandolphinfoodandwineclassic.com. This story was originally reported by Christina LaFortune for Florida Today.
