Walt Disney World visitors who can't wait until EPCOT's late-August festival kicks off now have a reason to arrive a week earlier. The Walt Disney World Swan and Dolphin Food & Wine Classic returns August 20 and 21, running 5 to 9 p.m. both evenings in a street party atmosphere with live entertainment.

The event draws on the resort's own acclaimed dining lineup, with more than 50 food items and 170 beverage selections spread across the two nights. Highlights from the announced menu include a house-made lasagna from Il Mulino, an Oyster Espuma with Gruyère panna cotta and champagne sphere from Todd English's bluezoo, and a Slow Braised Wagyu Beef Short Rib with celery root espuma from Bourbon Steak — available both nights. Friday-only offerings include a Slow Cooked Berkshire Pork Belly from Smokin D's, finished with a hickory smoked cane sugar cloud and chai apricot glaze.

Saturday brings a Watermelon Feta Salad from Amare, featuring grilled halloumi and sumac onions. Running both nights are the Blackened Cedar Plank Grouper from For the Love of Florida — served with coconut rice and a chili-mango-pineapple pico de gallo — and Tacos de Cochinita Pibil from Rosa Mexicano. A Mini Smash Burger from The Fountain and Cured Salmon with Blue Crab from Kimonos round out some of the standout bites on the full menu.

All tickets include unlimited food and beverage for the evening and are on sale now. Guests planning to continue the culinary adventure can also look ahead to the EPCOT International Food & Wine Festival, which begins August 27.
