Disney Springs is getting a new grab-and-go neighbor to the perpetually popular Gideon's Bakehouse. Six Ravens, a hand pie concept developed by the same team, will soft open this Monday, August 3, 2026, in the former Art of Shaving storefront in the Town Center area — just a few doors down from Gideon's.

The menu centers on Coffyns: house-made yeast rolls that fully encase sandwich-style fillings, each paired with a dipping sauce created in collaboration with a Central Florida restaurant. Five of the six Coffyns will be available at launch, all priced at $10.96. Options range from a classic cheeseburger roll developed with The Pink Salamander to a coconut curry chicken version made with Red Panda Noodle, and a vegetarian sweet potato and black bean option called The Forager's Find. The breakfast Coffyn, The Rooster's Roar, will not be offered at the soft opening.

Sides and drinks round out the menu, including baked smashed potatoes for $8.66, a Gideon's chocolate chip cookie tart for $7.66, house root beer, fountain beverages, and local craft beers from The Ravenous Pig, The Crooked Can, and Sideward Brewing at $9.66 each.

As is typical with Disney Springs soft openings, hours and availability may be limited and could look different once a full opening is announced. Given Gideon's track record of drawing long lines since its December 2020 debut, early visitors to Six Ravens should plan for some wait time.
