Gideon's Bakehouse fans who've always wished their favorite Disney Springs stop served something savory now have a reason to linger a little longer. Six Ravens, the savory culinary offshoot of the beloved bakery, officially opened its doors at Disney Springs on August 3, 2026, operating daily from 10 a.m. to 11 p.m. — though the venue notes this is a soft opening and hours or operations could shift.
The new spot is tucked into The Landing, right around the corner from Gideon's original location and next door to OluKai. On opening day, crowds were sizeable enough that a queue stretched across the bridge toward the West Side — so the team implemented a virtual waitlist system, texting guests when it's their turn to enter rather than making them stand in line.
The menu centers on "Coffyns," Six Ravens' signature hand pies served with dipping sauces. Smashed potatoes, a dessert tart, and refreshments round out the offerings. In keeping with the Gideon's tradition, guests can also snag a collectible paper menu — the first edition features artwork tied to the restaurant's lore about its six titular ravens.
A community-minded ethos is woven into the concept from the start. Six Ravens describes itself as a "humble from-scratch kitchen" that collaborates with other local Central Florida restaurants to develop several menu items, actively encouraging guests to support the region's small-business dining scene alongside their visit.
Information on Six Ravens' operating hours and additional details can be found on the Disney World website, and the full story was first reported by WDW News Today.
