Six Ravens, the upcoming savory concept from the creators of Gideon's Bakehouse, is putting a spotlight on the Orlando food community ahead of its soft opening at Disney Springs. After Disney accidentally published the menu early, Six Ravens took to Instagram to share an official version that properly credits the local businesses behind several of its signature flavors.

The heart of the menu is the Coffyn — a hand pie that comes in six varieties, each paired with a dipping sauce tied to a local collaborator. Highlights include The Peasant's Patty, a classic cheeseburger Coffyn paired with a sauce from The Pink Salamander, and The Villain of Valentina, a basil pesto chicken Coffyn served with Pizza Bruno's garlic knot sauce. The Wizard's Wonder leans on Smoke & Donuts BBQ for its cherry BBQ pairing, while The Imperial Idol features a coconut curry chicken Coffyn with a dipping sauce from Red Panda Noodle.

Rounding out the savory options are The Moreish Monk, a grilled cheese Coffyn with Vermont white cheddar and Havarti, and The Forager's Find, a vegetarian sweet potato and black bean option topped with pumpkin seeds and served with a mango aioli. A side of baked smashed potatoes and a Gideon's chocolate chip cookie tart round out the initial offerings.

Six Ravens noted that a breakfast menu is planned for the future, but the team wants time to find its footing before expanding. Disney posted hours for the venue on July 20, though the restaurant had not yet opened as of that date, with Six Ravens indicating a soft opening is coming soon.
