Royal Caribbean has revived one of its most beloved loyalty perks: a double points promotion that lets Crown & Anchor Society members rack up twice the normal cruise points on new bookings. It's the first time the offer has returned since the cruise line used it to drive bookings during the industry shutdown of 2020 and 2021.
To qualify, members must book a new sailing between July 21 and July 31, 2026, on a departure scheduled between September 1, 2026 and April 30, 2027. Every cabin category is eligible — a solo traveler booking a suite, for example, could earn six points per night instead of the usual three. The one notable exception is transatlantic and transpacific sailings, which are excluded because of the sheer number of points those longer voyages would generate.
The promotion is available to all Crown & Anchor tiers from Gold through Pinnacle Club. It's also combinable with several other Royal Caribbean offers, including BOGO60, Kids Sail Free, and shareholder benefits — though it cannot be stacked with casino rates, complimentary cruises, or travel agent reduced rates. One additional catch: bonus points earned through this promotion cannot be transferred to another cruise line via the Points Choice program.
The real draw is how quickly double points can move a loyal cruiser up the tier ladder, where the most valuable perks — complimentary drink vouchers, Wi-Fi, reserved show seating, and more — kick in. Because Royal Caribbean loyalty status never expires, any points earned now remain on the account permanently. The offer applies to new bookings only; existing reservations are not eligible.
