Europe (Part 1 — meaning a portion, not all, of the 2028 European summer schedule) follows the week of October 12, and 7-night Summer Caribbean sailings — limited to ships staying in the region year-round — are slated for the week of November 2. Royal Caribbean notes that releases typically happen later in the week and often appear in travel agent booking systems before they show up on the main website, usually beginning to populate around midnight GMT the night before the official launch day.
Cruisers should also be aware of a quirk in the process: in the week or two before a deployment goes live, a handful of sailings may briefly appear as bookable on Royal Caribbean's website as part of internal system testing. These are not real bookings and will disappear quickly, so it's worth holding off until the official release date window arrives.
If you have a specific sailing in mind — especially during holidays or school breaks — travel agents can be a helpful ally for moving quickly once the new itineraries go live.
