If you happened to stop by FØØD by Swedish Chef at Disney's Hollywood Studios on August 1, you may have caught — and already missed — a brand-new piece of Muppets merchandise. A Muppet Labs-themed novelty flask, available as an upgrade with Pink Le-moi-nade or Pond Water Limeade, went on sale that morning and was pulled from shelves by roughly 5:30 p.m. the same day.
The flask featured the Rock 'n' Roller Coaster Starring The Muppets logo on one side and an illustration of Kermit, Miss Piggy, and The Electric Mayhem riding in a limousine on the other — a nod to the attraction's updated storyline. Disney Parks announced the cup on social media shortly before it disappeared, describing it as available "while supplies last."
Cast members on the ground told guests they were unsure when or whether the flask would return. Disney has not issued any public statement explaining the removal, and no manufacturing defect, recall notice, or revised release date has been announced. The original "while supplies last" language might ordinarily suggest a sellout, but park reports indicate Disney actively pulled remaining stock rather than simply running dry.
The flask situation is a minor footnote in what is otherwise a busy period for the Muppets brand at Hollywood Studios. Rock Around the Shop continues to carry Kermit and Miss Piggy NuiMOs, plush keychains, apparel, and collectibles, and the roller coaster itself remains open. The Muppets footprint at the park expanded after Disney closed the beloved Muppet*Vision 3D theater in 2025 — a 1991 original that was one of Jim Henson's final park projects — to make way for a planned Monsters, Inc. area.
Anyone who purchased the flask during its brief window on sale now holds one of the earliest souvenirs connected to the reimagined attraction. This story was first reported by Disney Fanatic.
