Raglan Road Irish Pub & Restaurant at Disney Springs gave attendees of its 14th annual Great Irish Hooley a sneak peek at three new brunch dishes currently in the works. The preview was part of a broader media event centered on the restaurant's upcoming Halloween/Samhain menu and merchandise, but the brunch additions stole a little of the spotlight on their own.
The three dishes on display leaned into bold, layered flavors. One is a crispy potato and onion hash-stack built with guacamole, jalapeño relish, chili crunch, and herb oil, finished with a fried egg on top. Another takes a shakshuka-style approach — baked eggs nestled in a rich tomato sauce alongside chorizo, spiced sausage, spinach, and confit tomatoes, served with crispy skin-on potatoes. The third is a crispy buttermilk fried chicken sandwich on potato focaccia, layered with caramelized onions, arugula pesto, and carbonara butter, then topped with a fried egg and Brunson bacon.
The dishes were presented on white plates and in cast iron skillets, set against a table styled with fall bouquets, miniature pumpkins, and red-and-white fabric — a nod to the season ahead. A framed card at the display described each item for guests at the event.
Raglan Road has not yet announced official names, prices, or a release date for the new brunch items, so would-be fans will need to keep an eye out for a formal launch announcement in the coming weeks.
