Guests walking through Universal Studios Florida’s New York area will now see a themed printed scrim covering the Priscilla Hotel facade, part of the ongoing renovation work at Finnegan’s Bar & Grill.
The faux hotel facade is attached to Finnegan’s. Earlier in September, scaffolding around the building was covered only with black scrim, according to WDWNT. The new covering depicts elements of the facade, including a lamppost; a real awning still extends through an opening in the scrim.
Finnegan’s and the Priscilla Hotel facade both now have printed scrims, while beige scrims cover part of the area between older and newer scaffolding around the corner. The scaffolding in front of the Priscilla Hotel projects slightly farther out than the structure at Finnegan’s.
