Travelers passing through Orlando International Airport are in for a much tastier experience over the next couple of years. MCO announced its Concession Master Plan on September 2, 2026, promising a wide mix of local Central Florida favorites and well-known national names spread across Terminals A and B — a rollout set to unfold in phases from summer 2026 through late 2028.

The first phase covers gates 1 through 129 and includes some genuinely exciting picks for Florida food lovers. Gates 1–29 will welcome 4 Rivers Southern Smokehouse, Kelly's Homemade Ice Cream, and SoDough Detroit Pizza alongside a Starbucks and a convenience market. Gates 30–59 bring an even broader spread: Maxine's on Shine, Stasio's Italian Deli & Market, Smoke & Donuts BBQ, Seito Sushi, The Halal Guys, Black Bean Deli, Bobby's Burgers, and Eola Wine, among others. Gates 70–99 add Intercept Wine Bar, Cabrita, and Milkhouse, while gates 100–129 will include Jam-Eng Caribbean Street Eats, BrewDog with Peet's Coffee, and Zaza. The landside food court will feature Green Leaf's, Tobu, Villa Pizza, and McDonald's.

Phase two brings another substantial wave of options, including Shake Shack, Chick-fil-A, Cava, Raising Cane's, Velvet Taco, Freddy's Frozen Custard & Steakburgers, Panda Express, Einstein Bros. Bagels, and a Citrus Market with a wine and tasting room powered by local brewery Brewlando — a particularly Central Florida touch.

The dining overhaul is part of a broader $351 million renovation effort underway across Terminals A, B, and their airsides, which also includes an upcoming atrium update. Airport officials described the goal as creating an experience that reflects the spirit and character of Central Florida for the millions of visitors who pass through MCO each year.
