Orlando Health South Lake Hospital will host Sip and Screen: Pink in Paris, a Breast Cancer Awareness Month event centered on breast health, early detection and women’s wellness. The Paris-inspired gathering is scheduled for Wednesday, Sept. 30, from 4 to 7 p.m.
The event will take place at the Center for Women and Babies entrance at Orlando Health South Lake Hospital, 1900 Don Wickham Drive in Clermont. Attendees can learn about the hospital’s breast care services and the expanding cancer care offerings at Orlando Health Cancer Institute – Clermont.
Planned activities include meetings with Orlando Health physicians, a Breast Imaging Center tour, chair massages, an essential oils station, mocktails, charcuterie, and DIY flower and charm bars. A photo opportunity is also planned.
Screening mammograms will be available for eligible women age 40 and older, and attendees may also schedule a later mammogram appointment.
