In 2025, the same night disappeared on September 10, and the rest of the season followed quickly: every November date was gone by November 3, and the full season sold out by November 19. The 2024 season also eventually sold out completely. By those benchmarks, 2026 is running roughly 12 to 19 days behind the recent pace, depending on which year you compare it to.
One of the more striking contrasts involves the Halloween event. Mickey's Not-So-Scary Halloween Party has already completely sold out for 2026 — meaning Disney closed out every Halloween party ticket before logging even a single Christmas party sellout. That's an unusual sequence.
It's worth noting that party-ticket demand doesn't necessarily reflect overall Magic Kingdom attendance. Christmas and New Year's week remain among the busiest times of year at Walt Disney World, and plenty of guests visit without purchasing after-hours party tickets. But for anyone specifically planning to attend Mickey's Very Merry Christmas Party, the current window of availability is something guests simply didn't have at this point in 2024 or 2025.
