Disney has unveiled a new Annual Passholder-exclusive Haunted Mansion T-shirt tied to Mickey's Not-So-Scary Halloween Party at Magic Kingdom — but there's a meaningful asterisk attached. Owning an Annual Pass alone won't get you the shirt. Guests must also hold a valid ticket to the after-hours Halloween party, which means the eligible buyer pool is limited to those who have paid for both.

The shirt itself is a crowd-pleaser for Haunted Mansion fans: a black tee featuring the attraction's iconic Hitchhiking Ghosts, the phrase "Boo to You," and Halloween accents including bats, pumpkins, and orange detailing. A matching Passholder-exclusive pin rounds out the collection. Both items will be sold only at the Emporium on Main Street, U.S.A., on party nights, and guests must show a valid Annual Pass alongside a government-issued photo ID to make a purchase.

The logistics matter here. Party guests may enter Magic Kingdom starting at 4:00 p.m., with the event running from 7:00 p.m. to midnight. Once the park transitions to party mode, Annual Passholders without a party ticket cannot enter — and therefore cannot buy the merchandise. Availability runs from August 7 through October 31, while supplies last, and items are intended for personal use only.

Separately, Haunted Mansion itself is looking better than it has in a while. An exterior refurbishment is nearly finished, with construction scrims and scaffolding removed from the facade ahead of the fall season. The repaint brings the mansion closer to its original opening-day color scheme, with refreshed details on the chimneys, turrets, and rebuilt atrium. Fresh landscaping — new shrubs, planting beds, and staked young trees — also surrounds the hillside near the attraction's terrace. Importantly, the ride has remained open throughout the entire refurbishment.
