Mickey's Not-So-Scary Halloween Party 2026 is officially underway at Magic Kingdom, and Haunted Mansion fans have plenty of reasons to arrive early. This year's party features an expanded lineup of Haunted Mansion character meet-and-greets, including some faces guests don't get to see very often.
The most buzzworthy sighting is the return of the Grave Diggers, who made a rare appearance right on Welcome Street near the park entrance. Dressed in dark green suits with purple vests, black ties, and white gloves — and posed stoically alongside their signature shovels — they were already drawing long lines at the start of the evening. If meeting them is on your to-do list, plan to head their way as soon as you walk through the gates.
Also on hand is Blair Lockward, introduced as the chief steward of the Haunted Mansion, who greets guests from a faux brick platform under a green tent while ushering them toward their first candy stop of the night. A brand-new character, Lady Fermotta, made her debut on an elevated platform decorated with vines and flowers, dressed in a flowing white and blue gown and engaging guests with a hand fan. A third ghost host — in a black-and-green striped apron over a green dress and carrying a handkerchief — can also be found on a similarly styled platform adorned with gargoyle candelabras and a plaque marked "31," a likely nod to Halloween itself or to this being the party's 31st year.
Rounding out the Haunted Mansion theming, the Hitchhiking Ghosts — also known as the M&M gang — appear through a series of Haunted Mansion-inspired portrait displays scattered throughout the event.
