Mickey's Not So Scary Halloween Party returns to Magic Kingdom this summer and fall for its 31st year, running on select nights from August 7 through October 31, 2026. The separately ticketed event runs from 7 p.m. to midnight each party night, though guests with a party ticket can enter as early as 4 p.m. Magic Kingdom closes to regular day guests at 6 p.m. on party evenings.
Tickets range from $119 to $229 per person (plus tax), with pricing varying by date. Annual Passholders and eligible Disney Vacation Club Members can save $10 per ticket on event nights from August 7 through October 2. Every guest receives a complimentary treat bag for trick-or-treating — this year's wristband celebrates "31 Fang-tastic Years," with the wristband color changing nightly. Guests with food allergies can request a teal bag and access allergy-friendly treats or tokens at designated locations throughout the park.
Entertainment highlights include Mickey's Boo to You Halloween Parade at 8:15 p.m. and 11:15 p.m., the Disney's Not So Spooky Spectacular fireworks show at 10 p.m. (featuring castle projections and a giant Jack Skellington puppet), and Hocus Pocus Villain Spelltacular on the Cinderella Castle stage at 9:05 p.m., 10:35 p.m., and 11:59 p.m. — with an added 7:35 p.m. performance beginning October 1. Two exclusive popcorn buckets are available at the party: a Headless Horseman bucket and a Hatbox Ghost bucket.
Costumes are welcome for all ages, with some important rules to keep in mind. Guests 14 and older may not wear costume masks of any kind, and no costume should drag on the ground or feature props that resemble weapons. Capes are allowed as long as they don't fall below the waist. All guests in costume — even those dressed as Disney characters — may not pose for photos or sign autographs for other guests. The party will not be canceled for rain, though outdoor entertainment like the parade and fireworks may be modified or delayed; trick-or-treat trails are expected to stay open during passing storms.
