A decorative porch goose became an unexpected Magic Kingdom visitor after content creator Liz brought Lucy Goosey to Walt Disney World for a princess-themed photo shoot.
According to a video shared on the @lizandagoose Instagram account, Liz’s husband called Walt Disney World before the visit to ask whether the decorative goose could enter the park and pass through security. The Cast Member who took the call reportedly said they had never received that question before.
Lucy was brought through the Magic Kingdom security process wrapped in clear plastic and Disney shopping bags, the video showed. Once inside, she wore a teal ballgown and a wig with braids for photos in front of Cinderella Castle. Liz’s sons also joined one image in matching black “Princess Security” shirts.
Porch geese are decorative outdoor statues that owners often dress for seasons, holidays and special occasions. Lucy Goosey is a recurring character on Liz’s social media account, where the goose appears in different outfits and videos.
