Harry P. Leu Gardens in Orlando is welcoming the season with its annual "Fall into the Gardens" celebration, running September 12 through November 2, 2026. Spread across the garden's 50 acres and more than 40 plant collections, the programming pairs seasonal botanical displays and autumn foliage with a lively schedule of community events.
One of the quirkier highlights is the Garden Chicken Hunt, an interactive scavenger hunt that sends visitors searching the grounds for hidden chicken figures. Families can also take part in Science Saturday on September 26 from 10 a.m. to 1 p.m., featuring hands-on science demonstrations, and catch an outdoor Movie Night on October 2 at 7:30 p.m. A ticketed Jazz & Blues Concert spotlighting Central Florida musicians is set for October 17 at 7 p.m.
Two Free Admission Days, presented by Orlando Health, are scheduled for October 5 and November 2. On both dates, the Orange County Library System will host Story Time at 10 a.m. for infants through preschool-aged children. Pet owners will want to mark October 31: Dog Day returns from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m., welcoming leashed dogs to the grounds along with a Doggie Boutique and three Hall-O-Ween Canine Contests starting at 10 a.m.
General admission is $15 for adults and $10 for children under 18. Children 3 and under, active military personnel, and garden members enter free. Parking is free, and the property is wheelchair and stroller accessible. Food and seasonal goods are available on-site at the Foxtail Marketplace Café and Kelly's Homemade Ice Cream.
