Orlando is set to welcome the global luxury hospitality community this winter as the International Luxury Hotel Association (ILHA) hosts its flagship North American conference, INSPIRE 2026, on December 15–16 at JW Marriott Bonnet Creek Resort & Spa. Between 900 and 1,000 senior hotel executives, investors, developers and operators from international markets are expected to attend.
The conference agenda centers on the forces reshaping premium travel, including artificial intelligence, wellness, sustainability, investment strategy and shifting guest expectations. A keynote conversation with Tina Edmundson, President of Luxury at Marriott International, will explore luxury brand strategy and how top-tier hotel companies are redefining exceptional service for a new generation of travelers.
Carolyne Doyon, President and CEO of Club Med North America and Caribbean, is also among the featured speakers, bringing a perspective on premium leisure travel and modern guest expectations. The program will additionally tackle food and beverage innovation, which industry leaders increasingly view as a core reason travelers choose a property rather than simply an amenity.
The selection of Orlando as host city underscores the destination's expanding role beyond theme parks and family tourism. The city's deep hotel infrastructure, strong international air connections and established convention reputation make it a natural fit for a gathering of this scale, and the event is expected to draw further investment and business-travel attention to the region.
