Disney has pulled back the curtain on the complete menu for Hurly-Burly, the jazz club-style lounge taking shape at Disney's BoardWalk. Along with the food and drink details, Disney also announced an official opening date for the venue, which steps into the space once occupied by the beloved JellyRolls piano bar after its closure in spring 2025.
The small-bites menu leans into hearty, shareable fare with an Italian-American lean — think veal, pork, and beef meatballs in tomato gravy with stracciatella and toasted focaccia, a classic antipasto spread with burrata, roast beef sliders with horseradish-mustard sour cream, and oven-roasted shrimp with sweet pepper-onion relish. On the lighter (and sweeter) end, mini apple cider doughnuts with miso-caramel sauce and a theater concessions trio round out the offerings.
The cocktail program is ambitious and clearly crafted with the venue's Atlantic Coast theme in mind. Highlights include the Road to Fame — a whiskey sour made with Michter's Single Barrel Rye and Laird's Straight Applejack Brandy — and the Bubble Brava!, which blends Chinola Passion Fruit Liqueur, Italian Amaro, and Viarae Prosecco. Non-alcoholic options include a Caramel Corn Cold Brew using Joffrey's cold brew and a frozen Overture in Orange made with Minute Maid. Several drinks will also be available at a walk-up window for guests passing by outside.
Hurly-Burly is designed around the concept of a historic seaside theatre. During the day, it will welcome guests of all ages with family-friendly trivia and games. Come evening, the space shifts into a live music lounge restricted to guests 21 and older. The wine list spans sparkling, rosé, white, and red selections, while the beer menu spotlights Atlantic Coast-region favorites like Dogfish Head 60 Minute IPA, Allagash White, and Original Sin Black Widow Cider alongside classic lager options.
