Disney's BoardWalk is getting a lot closer to welcoming its newest nightlife spot. Crews installed the sign for Hurly-Burly Jazz Club on September 14, and it's already making a statement — bold retro block letters trimmed with lights, hung at a deliberately tilted angle that feels right at home in a venue built around swinging good times.
Hurly-Burly opens October 1 in the space that formerly housed JellyRolls piano bar, which shuttered in April 2025. The concept draws inspiration from a historic seaside theatre and is designed to serve guests across different times of day. Afternoons will lean family-friendly, with trivia and games on offer; once the evening rolls in, the venue shifts to a 21-and-older live music experience with coastal-inspired cocktails and light bites.
Guests who aren't heading inside can still get in on the action — Hurly-Burly will feature an outdoor walk-up bar window where anyone can order select beverages, including alcoholic drinks, without stepping through the front door.

For BoardWalk regulars who've missed having a lively entertainment anchor on that stretch of the lakefront, the opening of Hurly-Burly should be a welcome addition to the lineup. This story was first reported by WDW News Today.
