Hurly-Burly, a new lounge at Disney’s BoardWalk, is scheduled to open October 1 with no advance dining reservations. Guests who want to visit will instead need to use the same-day Walk-Up List in the My Disney Experience app, according to Disney information reported by Inside the Magic.
The Walk-Up List is not a reservation system. It is available only on the day a guest hopes to dine, and groups of seven or fewer may be able to join through the app when space is available. Participating locations can stop offering the list when demand is high, so joining is not guaranteed.
Hurly-Burly will also have a walk-up window for select beverages. Its main lounge experience will change through the day: Disney describes afternoons as family-friendly, with trivia and other games, while the venue shifts to live music for guests 21 and older beginning at 9 p.m. Coastal-inspired cocktails and light bites are planned for the nighttime offering.
The BoardWalk location may be especially convenient for guests staying at Disney’s BoardWalk Inn and other nearby EPCOT-area resorts. Other visitors should consider transportation plans before heading over, since the lounge will not have advance dining reservations. Disney can also change Walk-Up List availability without notice, so guests should check My Disney Experience on the day of their visit.
