Disney's Hollywood Studios is rolling out a trio of Kermit the Frog exclusives for Annual Passholders beginning August 11 — timed to the recent opening of Rock 'n' Roller Coaster Starring The Muppets on Sunset Boulevard. The centerpiece is the first-ever Muppets Passholder magnet, available at Mickey Shorts Theater from park open to park close through September 24, while supplies last. One per Passholder, and you'll need to show up in person with a valid Annual Pass credential and a government-issued photo ID.
Also running through September 24 is a Passholder-exclusive PhotoPass Magic Shot near Mickey & Minnie's Runaway Railway on Hollywood Boulevard. The setup hands you a banjo prop, and Kermit gets composited into the image — a nod that longtime Muppets fans will immediately recognize. Note the tighter window: the Magic Shot is only available from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m., so plan your day around that six-hour slot rather than the all-day magnet pickup.
Rounding out the trio, Dockside Diner on Echo Lake is serving a Key Lime Kermit Milk Shake — vanilla ice cream, key lime cake crumbs, key lime sauce, and sprinkles — exclusively for Annual Passholders showing a valid pass in My Disney Experience plus a photo ID. The key lime flavor is a natural fit: it delivers the green color without artificial dyes and holds up well as a seasonal treat in the Florida summer heat.
The timing is deliberate. The former Muppets Courtyard has closed permanently to make way for a Monsters, Inc. area, but the characters found a higher-traffic home on Sunset Boulevard, where every guest heading toward Tower of Terror walks right past them. All three Kermit offerings sit in the front half of the park, so hitting each one doesn't require a lot of backtracking — just keep your pass and ID handy, since every stop requires verification.
