The Hollywood Brown Derby at Disney’s Hollywood Studios has introduced a new 2026 menu, bringing updated contemporary American dishes to one of the few Signature Dining restaurants located inside a Walt Disney World theme park.
Disney Tourist Blog, which reviewed the new offerings, described its recent meal as a major improvement over its previous visits and said the restaurant again feels like a full Signature Dining experience. The review highlighted the restaurant’s Old Hollywood setting alongside its revised food lineup.
Among the starters on the menu is escargot with roasted-garlic béchamel, crispy prosciutto and puff pastry, priced at $21. Meals also begin with complimentary bread service, according to the review.
The Hollywood Brown Derby sits near Mickey & Minnie’s Runaway Railway, Animation Courtyard, Hollywood Boulevard and Sunset Boulevard. Its dining room is modeled after the historic Los Angeles restaurant and features caricatures of famous figures amid an Old Hollywood-inspired design.

The restaurant is a two-credit Signature Dining option on the Disney Dining Plan. Annual Passholders and Disney Vacation Club members can receive a 10% discount, according to Disney Tourist Blog. The review noted that the main dining room can become louder during busy lunch and dinner periods, while earlier or later reservations may offer a quieter setting.
