If you've been waiting for the perfect excuse to get into the Christmas spirit early, Hallmark just gave you one. The network has announced that Holiday Ever After: A Disney World Wish Come True will premiere on The Hallmark Channel on November 28th at 8 p.m. CT / 9 p.m. ET. The film will be available to stream on Hallmark's streaming service the following day, November 29th.
The movie stars Lacey Chabert as Lindsey, a woman who travels to Walt Disney World with her extended family for the holidays, only to discover her hotel room is right next door to Philip — played by Travis Van Winkle — a man she had a notably terrible first date with not long before. As luck (and a little Disney magic) would have it, both are there on family trips, and their paths keep crossing throughout the vacation.
As the two spend more time together in the parks, they begin to find they have more in common than that rocky first impression suggested. The film leans into the holiday atmosphere Walt Disney World is well known for during the Christmas season, blending the Hallmark rom-com formula with the backdrop of what Disney fans affectionately call the Most Magical Place on Earth.
The project was first announced by The Hallmark Channel last year, and the completed film is now set for its late-November debut — a fitting slot right around Thanksgiving weekend, when many families are settling in for holiday movie season. Whether you're a die-hard Hallmark fan, a Disney enthusiast, or both, this one has a pretty undeniable appeal.
