The movie holds a notable distinction as the first on-location collaboration between Hallmark Channel and Disney, shot at Walt Disney World during the 2025 holiday season. Lacey Chabert leads the cast as Lindsey, a woman who hauls her extended family to the resort for the holidays — only to discover her neighbor for the trip is Philip (Travis Van Winkle), a first date that didn't exactly go well. As their families keep bumping into each other across the resort, the frosty dynamic between them starts to thaw, and a wish at Cinderella Fountain hints the story has a few surprises in store.
The supporting cast includes Richard Kind, Christy Carlson Romano, Bryce Durfee, Taegen Burns, and Asher Alexander, with Patrick Renna appearing in a cameo. Ryan Landels wrote the screenplay and directed the film. Behind-the-scenes reports note that filming took place across Magic Kingdom, Hollywood Studios, and the Polynesian resort, and that the Main Street decorations were kept up longer than usual this past January to accommodate the production schedule.
