Fall has arrived early at Gideon's Bakehouse in Disney Springs, and the September menu is making a strong case for pumpkin season. The shop's limited-time cookie this month is the Pumpkin Bread Chocolate Chip Cookie — a pumpkin spice creation with a touch of chocolate inside and pumpkin butter crumbs on top. It's available every day in September, with a limit of two per person.
Cake lovers also have something to look forward to: the Pumpkin Caramel Double Frosted Cake layers caramel buttercream beneath a full coat of pumpkin cream cheese buttercream over a vanilla cinnamon swirl base. It's offered by the slice every Wednesday and Saturday throughout the month. Wash it all down with the Pumpkin Chai Nitro Cold Brew to round out the seasonal spread.
This month's menu features a character who hasn't appeared since January 2022 — Dr. Tobias Brimstone. Guests can pick up a collectible menu at the bakehouse, along with themed merchandise including a travel stamp sticker, a Morsels pin, a beverage sleeve, an Adventurers T-shirt, and All Hallows Scented Candles.
Gideon's is also teasing something bigger on the horizon: the 10th anniversary of their East End location, with a celebration reportedly in the works. Details haven't been fully revealed yet, but it's worth keeping on your radar if you're a regular.
