Gideon's Bakehouse is leaning hard into the peanut butter and espresso combination for August 2026. The month's limited cookie is the Peanut Butter Cold Brew, a nearly half-pound peanut butter cookie made with freshly ground Lineage Roasted Decaf Espresso and blanketed in chopped Reese's Peanut Butter Cups and Reese's Pieces. It's available all month at both locations, with a limit of two per paying guest, while supplies last each day.
The same flavor duo shows up in cake form with the Peanut Butter Cold Brew Cake — three layers of chocolate cake stacked with alternating peanut butter buttercream and mocha espresso buttercream, with Reese's Pieces and peanut butter cups folded throughout. Slices are offered every Wednesday and Saturday at both locations, and whole cake preorders are available through the East End Market location.
Disney Springs visitors can also still get Stuart's Orange Mocha Nitro Cold Brew through the end of August. The drink — a nitro cold brew blending oat milk, maple syrup, mocha, and fresh orange — was originally a July exclusive but has been held over for one more month.
August's merch drop went live August 1 at 10 a.m. and includes a Gilbert Morsels Collectible Pin, the return of Reginald Ridley's "By the Beautiful Sea" candle in a blue glass vessel, a Bat Tumbler in hot pink or blood red, a chrome gargoyle magnet available online only, a V-neck red gargoyle shirt, and a red and black ornate clack fan. The collectible menu for August features the character Gilbert, available in line at Disney Springs or free with any online merch order.
