Walt Disney World’s Facility Asset Management team has filed another construction permit for the former Star Wars: Galactic Starcruiser building, according to WDW News Today.
The permit lists CEC General Contractors, Inc. for “General Construction” at 201 S. Studio Drive, the address of the shuttered immersive hotel. It is set to expire on September 28, 2027.
Disney announced in January 2025 that it planned to convert the former hotel into office space. The new filing follows other permits connected with the project, including an August extension of a permit involving contractor Balfour Beatty, WDW News Today reported.
