Expedition Everest’s Single Rider queue has been permanently removed at Disney’s Animal Kingdom, including the final sign that directed guests to the separate entrance.
Disney had been testing a different loading process on the roller coaster, with cast members sorting guests in the regular queue by odd- and even-numbered party sizes. The approach is intended to help fill train rows and speed loading without relying on a separate line for solo riders.
The Single Rider option reportedly had its final day on September 20. The former queue-area sign has since been taken down, leaving nearby signage for the Serka Zong Bazaar shop.
