If you've been navigating EPCOT's Germany pavilion lately and wondering where to grab a cold one amid all the construction, there's a helpful new option. A dedicated bar window has opened near the Sommerfest kiosk, right at the entrance to Biergarten Restaurant, giving guests a more convenient spot to pick up alcoholic drinks.
The setup works like this: guests place their order at the regular Sommerfest register, then head to the new bar window to collect their drinks. Food orders are still picked up at the original Sommerfest window. The bar is stocked with Schöfferhofer Grapefruit Hefeweizen, Bitburger Premium Pilsner, Warsteiner Dunkel, and water.
The addition comes at a useful time. The Germany pavilion's Weinkeller wine cellar bar remains open, but its exterior entrance is currently closed due to ongoing refurbishment work, meaning guests can only reach it through Stein Haus — a route that's easy to miss if you don't already know about it. The new Sommerfest bar window offers a much more visible and straightforward alternative for anyone just looking to enjoy a beer while strolling the World Showcase.
