Mark your calendars: the EPCOT International Food & Wine Festival runs August 27 through November 21, 2026, carrying on a tradition that dates back to 1996. Global Marketplaces will be open throughout the festival, with some locations phasing in over time — full marketplace schedules and complete menus are still to come from Disney.

As a preview of what's ahead at the Global Marketplaces, Disney has revealed three returning dishes: Street Corn-style Chicken Dumplings with Tomatillo Salsa Verde and Cilantro from Gyozas of the Galaxy; a Grilled Bushberry-spiced Shrimp Skewer with Coconut-Chili Sauce from Australia; and a Kirschwasser Torte with Cherry-Brandy Buttercream from The Alps. Fan-favorite festival activities are also back, including Emile's Fromage Montage — a cheese-dish passport stroll with a collectible reward at the end — and Remy's Hide & Squeak Scavenger Hunt, where guests purchase a themed map and track the culinary-loving rat through World Showcase pavilions.

Evenings will bring the Eat to the Beat Concert Series back to the America Gardens Theatre, with multiple performances daily. The full performer lineup has already been released and dining package tickets are on sale now through the Walt Disney World website. New this year, CommuniCore Hall will welcome Cheers to Cheese starting September 18 — an interactive exhibit exploring the history and fun facts behind one of the world's most beloved foods.

Festival merchandise is leaning into bold color this year, with a palette of blue, orange, yellow, and purple across apparel, accessories, and kitchenware. Highlights include a white logo tee, chef-hat-topped Mickey ears with a moveable rolling pin and mini whisk, a cozy sweatshirt, and a colorful baseball cap. The collection also features a churro-shaped tote bag, a pastry-lid mug, and a wine glass sized to fit the festival's food tray. Disney PhotoPass will offer new and returning Magic Shots throughout World Showcase, including a brand-new Waiter Mickey Mouse shot available at five pavilions and returning favorites like the Leaning Tower of Cheeza and the Swedish Chef.
